All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, perishable dehydrated fruits and vegetables, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

No Returns or Refunds

  • We cannot resell food products once they leave our facility, for health and safety reasons.

  • Therefore, we do not offer refunds or returns for any products purchased through our website.

  • Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While we cannot accept returns, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you receive:

  • A damaged package,

  • The wrong product, or

  • A product that does not meet our quality standards,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@theluvita.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the case and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.

Shipping Responsibility

  • The Luvita is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit once the product has been handed to the shipping carrier.
